Shipping policy
At 3D MinionMancer, each order is carefully prepared so your 3D printed items arrive safely and in great condition.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.
Because many of our products are made to order, 3D printed, or finished by hand, processing times may vary depending on:

order volume,

product size or complexity,

material availability,

and whether an item needs printing, curing, sanding, or final quality checks.
During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the full order may ship once everything is ready unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Typical delivery estimates:

Canada: 2 to 10 business days

United States: 5 to 12 business days

International: 7 to 21+ business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the order, and the shipping method selected.
Any free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking will be provided when available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
We currently offer shipping to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any:

customs duties,

import taxes,

VAT,

brokerage fees,

or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Customs and Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal disruptions, weather events, or courier issues once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not already shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your order number,

photos of the packaging,
-
and photos of the damaged item.
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help you open a carrier claim where applicable.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages left at the delivery location. We recommend shipping to a secure address whenever possible.
Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us because of:

an incorrect or incomplete address,

failed delivery attempts,

or refusal to pay customs/import charges,
the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Multiple Orders
We may combine multiple orders going to the same address when possible. In some cases, orders may ship separately depending on item availability or production timelines.
